1. my baby brother (5 months) joey and his excitement at everything new he sees.

2. the opening up of a world of possibilities, at a time i thought i couldn't go on. (the end of a five year relationship and a new motivation towards school and graduate programs).

3. the nights getting cooler, the air feeling less heavy, the stars above an empty night road.
